Thanks, Grant! I don’t have any Kiwi friends keeping me honest, but I did backpack around NZ for a month in college – by far one of my favorite trips, such a great country. I have just finished reading Viral which l enjoyed very much. I am a Kiwi and was particularly pleased that you got Darths’ speach correct, l wonder if you have a kiwi mate someplace slipping you intel. Anyway, l like your writing style and, as Viral reminded me of The Forever War, l shall now have to read more of your writing.

Hi Jotham-
Great memory! You didn’t miss anything – there’s no scene in the later books where Rath goes back to see that particular client, though you’re right that he did promise to. In my mind, though the client certainly deserves a visit from Rath, our hero has put that aspect of his life behind him. Rath’s truly done with killing, even when it may be somewhat justified. But since (a) I love hearing from fans, and (b) I’ve got a few promo codes burning a hole in my wallet, I’m going to send you a free download code so you can pick up another one of my books 🙂 Check your email!

Hi Piers,
Just finished the Janus Group books via Audible, loved the story.
I have a question about Rath’s journey, I’m not sure if I missed a bit on the book, (happens sometimes when you have the take your earphones out to talk to people and the pause fails to kick in). Without trying to spoil it for anyone, there is Man who orders 2 hits, one involving Rath’s backpack. Does Rath ever revisit him as he indicated at the time he would?
Hope you can help my tie up this loose end for me.
